Return and Refund Policy

At nayapolo.com, we continue to develop new ways to expand and improve student satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied or can no longer continue your studies, we offer a generous refund policy. If you cancel within the first 2 days of enrollment you will receive a full refund. After the first 2 days your refund amount will be based on:

  • Lessons completed
  • Enrollment date
  • Account Activity

If you elect to cancel you must send your notice of cancellation either via email or mail. A detailed refund policy is outlined below.

Refund Policy
If you cancel Amount you will owe
Within 2 Calendar days of signing into purchased course $0.00 (100% Refund)
After 2 days:
Before submitting a completed assignment for that course and or watching past the first lecture $0.00 (100% Refund)
Up to and including 10% of the course assignments completed or watching up until second lecture  30% of the cost of the course
After 10% and up to and including 25% of the semester assignments completed or watching up until the third lecture 50% of the cost of the course
After 25% and up to and including 50% of the semester assignments completed 100% of the cost of the course, refund will not be issued
After 50% of the semester assignments completed or more than 12 months after your enrollment 100% of the cost of the course, refund will not be issued

To quality for a refund

  1. Your account must be in good standing, your account has not been already suspended by us for any breach of the terms of service.
  2. You must have receipt or proof of purchase, with every course purchase their is a receipt and course ID

In the form below, input all required fields, select “refund” as nature of inquiry and in the message body include the following:

  1. Your nayapolo.com Username
  2. Course ID
  3. Proof of purchase
  4. Your payment method
  5. Any additional information you think will help in explaining your situation

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the inquiry. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
